For each fiscal year, the Central Water District Board of Directors adopts a financial plan or budget, that outlines the District's projected spending on items such as adminstration, and maintenance and improvement project costs.  Continual monitoring of expenditures and revenues ensures that the District meets its goals while remaining fiscally responsible.
