Central Water District customers replacing a toilet using 3.5 gallons or more per flush with a high efficiency toilet (HET) that has a flush volume of 1.28 gallons or less per flush may be eligible for a $50 credit rebate.  A complete list of the rules and requirements can be found in the links below.

Note: Rebates are limited to $100 per qualifying household.  For example, rebates can be applied through the installation of one high efficiency washer and one low flow toilet, or two flow toilets, etc.
